Hi, I’m Matt. Welcome to the last copyright free, film and TV focussed, graphics and print design resource you’ll ever need…

I’ve spent the last 30 years in commercial design and sculpture for the coin industry, where I learned a lot about visual storytelling, and adaptive styling.

My wife is a costume designer, and frequently runs into the exact sort of problem that Faux-Go is here to solve.

Ever sourced a one-off vintage t-shirt for a shoot and discovered that a ‘new’ version is needed for a flashback? Or that FX want to ‘do some blood’? Or maybe you like the vibe of a shirt but legal won’t pass it because it’s from a high street shop?

Well that’s what I’m here for. To be clear, I’m not in the business of forging high street fashion. Faux-Go is all about replicating a vibe without stealing copyright.

The benefits of this are two-fold - firstly, you get a royalty free t-shirt that won’t cause legal issues. Secondly, you have the capacity to produce as many copies as you need - new or aged.

I’m not just about t-shirts, although that’s how it started. I also provide a wide gamut of faux graphics: ID cards, business logos, band merch. Whatever you need.

I’m experienced to working with NDA’s, and my work is all white label, so you don’t need to credit me.

Get in touch. Honestly, coffee and a chat is cheap.

Lastly, a quick word on GenAI. In principle, I am against the use of AI for design and visualisation. However, where a project calls for a human image - say a band, or an ID card, I may use AI, or Metahuman to create faces, simply because of the realism needed.
